These include setting-up email, email servers with a broadband service provider and configuring a computer or a server to use it. We can advise on setting up a secure wireless network for access by laptops, PCs, servers, web servers and printers. We can troubleshoot and repair all computer problems and provide an on-going computer support service in the Basingstoke and surrounding areas.-

Unlike other services we don’t charge by the job (which can add up quickly) we charge by the hour. Most problems can be resolved within 1-2 hours for residential issues. Businesses have more workstations and may take longer.
